Latmannsvarianten av Focaccia<\/h2>\n
Bake focaccia p\u00e5 halvannen time? Jepp, det g\u00e5r. I dag har jeg testet ut en oppskrift for deg som liker latmannslivet. Om oppskriften innfridde? Bed\u00f8m det selv!<\/div>\n

For et par dager siden ble jeg minnet p\u00e5 at jeg faktisk ikke har noen oppskrift p\u00e5 vanlig focaccia p\u00e5 krem.no. Jeg har flere varianter av bollefocaccia<\/a>, men n\u00e5 var det alts\u00e5 den salte varianten jeg skulle lage. S\u00e5, jeg begynte \u00e5 lete litt etter en oppskrift jeg kunne teste, og plutselig fant jeg en superenkel variant som appellerte noe voldsom til meg (lantammsmenneske som jeg er!)<\/p>\n

Denne oppskriften strider i mot ALT jeg st\u00e5r for (lang eltetid, kald v\u00e6ske, glutentest etc) MEN n\u00e5r\u00a0King Arthur Flour\u00a0<\/a>legger ut oppskrift p\u00e5\u00a0latmannsutgave av Focaccia,\u00a0var jeg ikke vanskelig \u00e5 overtale.<\/p>\n

Dette er nemlig for godt til \u00e5 v\u00e6re sant. At en deig som bare er r\u00f8rt sammen p\u00e5 60 sekunder kan gi et godt resultat? Jeg var skeptisk. Meget skeptisk. Resultatet? Jeg ljuger ikke n\u00e5r jeg sier at det nok ikke ble min favoritt. Den ble saftig, luftig og god, men smakte ingen verdens ting (annet enn litt urter og salt).<\/p>\n

Meeeen, n\u00e5r det er sagt – dette tror jeg mange vil elske, fordi det er enkelt og veldig kjapt \u00e5 barer r\u00f8re sammen.<\/p>\n

\u200bOg oppskriften, den f\u00e5r du her:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Latmannsfocaccia p\u00e5 60 sekunder<\/strong>
\n415 g hvetemel
\n1.5 ts salt
\n35 g olivenolje (eller ta den oljen du har)
\n3.5 dl varmt vann (ikke over 40 grader)
\n20 g fersk gj\u00e6r eller 5 g (ca. 1 ss) t\u00f8rrgj\u00e6r<\/p>\n

flaksalt, rosmarin eller annet krydder, olivenolje til \u00e5 sm\u00f8re formen og til \u00e5 ha p\u00e5 toppen.
\nFor enda mer smak: tilsett gjerne solt\u00f8rket tomat, fetaost eller urter i deigen.<\/p>\n

Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/strong>
\n1. Sm\u00f8r en langpanne ca. 20 x 30 cm med olje (bruk litt formfett i bunnen om du har). Du kan ogs\u00e5 bruke en springform ca. 26-28 cm.
\n2. R\u00f8r ut gj\u00e6ren i vannet. Bruker du t\u00f8rrgj\u00e6r, bland det inn i melet. Ha alle ingrediensene i en bakebolle, sett i en grind (k-visp) og r\u00f8r sammen i 60 sekunder. Pass p\u00e5 \u00e5 r\u00f8re opp bra bunnen s\u00e5 alt blandes sammen. Du kan ogs\u00e5 r\u00f8re det sammen for h\u00e5nd.
\n3. Hell den suppete deigen i formen.
\n4. La heve i ca. 1 time. Jeg fylte vasken med vann og satte formen over dampen.
\n5. Ha litt olivenolje p\u00e5 toppen av deigen. Bruk fingrene og lag sm\u00e5 fordypninger. Dryss p\u00e5 litt flaksalt og \u00f8nsket krydder (for eksempel rosmarin, provencekrydder (eller lignende).
\n6. Stek p\u00e5 200 grader, litt ned i ovnen i ca. 25-30 min. Om den ikke tar farge, sett p\u00e5 grill-elementet og stek siste 5 minutter under sterk varme.<\/p>\n

PS. Du kan gjerne la denne deigen heve i bollen i ca. 30-45 minutter, s\u00e5 ha den over i formen og heve nye 45 minutter. Da vil den kanskje utvikle mer smak…<\/p>\n

PPS. Vil du at denne skal blir himmelsk god? Gj\u00f8r dette: Halver gj\u00e6rmengde og lag deigen p\u00e5 vanlig m\u00e5te. Pakk deigen inn i plast og sett i kj\u00f8leskapet over natta. Ha den i formen, hev p\u00e5 vanlig m\u00e5te og stek!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hell mel, olje, vann og gj\u00e6r i en bakebolle. Kj\u00f8r den sammen raskt i 60 sekunder ( stopp og r\u00f8r opp fra bunnen om det trengs). Du kan ogs\u00e5 r\u00f8re den sammen for h\u00e5nd. Hell suppedeigen i en godt smurt form ca. 20×30 cm (du kan ogs\u00e5 bruke en stor springform ca. 28 cm). Ta litt olje p\u00e5 fingrene og klem deigen godt ut i kantene.<\/div>\n

Br\u00f8det har hevet 1 time over en kum fylt med varmt vann. Ha p\u00e5 godt med olje og dryss p\u00e5 urter og flaksalt. PS. Ikke stikk fingrene i deigen, da faller den sammen.<\/div>\n
